| Advanced tumour growth in adult The above cases could have presented when the swelling started which is usually like a small nodule. It increases in size over a long period of time if benign and rapid growth rate is associated with malignancies. Both patients could have presented at an early stage like this man below did in order to benefit from an easier ,cheaper and less discomforting treatment.
